Me neither, but what I do know is that it's a very good system indeed :)

I've got a Dell Inspiron 1525 in Purple and I really love it.

Although I think desktop computers have their advantages, laptops are the way forward since so many people want to be able to work on the move.

I personally prefer netbooks to laptops as they're nowhere near as bulky :D

That's fair enough and if it meets your requirements then all well and good.

I like the fact that they are really light compared to normal laptops :)

I've never actually felt how heavy a netbook is to be able to compare it to a laptop.

I do know that some laptops can weigh more than others as a lot of the ones I've been looking at actually weigh more than my current laptop.

Wow, I guess it's got to do with the weight of the disc drive maybe :)

My current laptop has a disc drive like the modern full laptops. I think it's more to do with the processor and the other hardware.

That's true, as they too can also be pretty hefty in weight :)

Just be grateful that there is no such thing as a quad core laptop.

The computer would have to be quite a bit bigger to fit four processors in so it'd lose it's portability.

What a Quad Core Processor?

You can only get them in desktop PC's because it's basically four processors rather than one or two that you usually get in laptops and netbooks. Dual Core (which has two processors) or Quad Core processors are ideal if you want to do a lot of multi-tasking such as running Photoshop and Dreamweaver at the same time.
I was hoping to upgrade our desktop to a Quad-core at some point but it's going to have to wait until I replace my laptop.

I'm guessing that Quad Core enabled computers are a bit more expensive then :)

The cheapest brand new Quad-Core is about £500 compared to £200-£300 for a single procesor desktop.
